1. Inside Sales Manager / Representative (in Shanghai or Shenzhen)

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager / General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will be responsible for driving sales and providing service to customers. Responsibility will be to work closely with Account Managers, FAEs, Suppliers, Branch Management and Corporate to achieve sales, margin and profit goals assigned. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for selling the full breadth of products and services on the company Line Card.

OBJECTIVES:

· To assist the branch in growing market share
· Increase customer base
· Assist in development and deployment of account strategy
· Maximize company Line Card opportunities on every bill of materials
· Meet monthly sales and profit goals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

INTERNAL:
· Understand and present company Value Proposition
· Recognize, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
· Utilize and communicate with internal and external resources (REPs/Suppliers, AMs, FAEs & Management)
· Understand and maximize company profitability
· Maintain and monitor value added programs (i.e.: bonds, consignments, customer specific programs, MRP’s, etc.)
· Maintain team relations
· Manage order entry process and all associated systems/databases
· Manage customer credit requirements
· Execute call out programs and leads as assigned
· Backlog Management
· Review Design Tracker
CUSTOMER:
· Assist in developing and implementing account plans utilizing all appropriate resources
· Maintain a strong understanding of customers’ product and customers’ direction, and of our competition as well as the customers’ competition
· Understand customers’ objectives, issues and needs
· Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the accounts
· Identify bills of material by account and cross reference wherever possible
· Continue to understand purchasing habits of customers
· Continue to improve market share position at account
· Manage, coordinate and follow-up customer quotations
SUPPLIER:
· Maintain an understanding of how our suppliers’ products fit within the customers’ needs
· Interface with suppliers/rep organization

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Understand and employ associated selling techniques
· Communication, Time Management, Organizational and Negotiation Skills
· Company Supplier/Technology literate (Commodity focus)
· Must be PC literate
· Industry experience preferred (6-10 years for manager level and 2-5 years for representative)

· Finance and accounting knowledge and experience is a plus

2. Sales / Account Manager (in Chongqing,Chengdu, Xi'an)

This person is responsible for managing an assigned group of accounts. Define and implement an account plan for each customer which achieves specific sales, margin and profit goals. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for selling the full breadth of products on the company line card.

OBJECTIVES:
· To assist the branch in growing market share
· To increase Line Card penetration in assigned account base
· Own and deploy account strategy
· Meet sales, design and profit objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

INTERNAL:
· Understand and present company Value Proposition and engineering solutions
· Understand customers financial position and current credit status
· Recognize, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
· Utilize and communicate with internal and external resources (REPs/Suppliers, FAEs, ISRs & Management)
· Maintain Design Tracker and associated databases for the assigned account base
· Understand and maximize company profitability
· Remain current industry trends and technology
CUSTOMER:

· Industry experience preferred (6-10 years for SM and 3-5 years for AM)
· Established connection with CETC-24, CETC-26, and CETC-44 is a plus. (for Chongqing)
· Established connection with CETC-10, CETC-29, CETC-30 and UESTC is a plus. (for Chengdu)
· Established connection with CETC-20, CETC-39, CASC-504 and XIDIAN UNIVERSITY is a plus. (for Xi’an)

3. Field Application Engineer (FAE) (in Shanghai or Shenzhen)

REPORTS TO: Regional Application Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This individual is responsible for designing in registerable and associated products, providing technical expertise and support to the customer base. Aid and train Inside and Outside Sales personnel in identifying and securing business with customers. This position plays a major role in driving the company "demand creation" value proposition and assisting in implementing the account penetration strategy in each marketplace.

OBJECTIVES:
· Meet or exceed Design Wins and registration plans
· Utilize engineering experience and related training to recommend product based on evaluation of customer design requirements
· Assist in implementing branch account penetration strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION:
· Understand and maximize company profitability
· Understand and present company Value Proposition and engineering solutions
· Maintain a strong understanding of customers' product and customers' direction, and of our competition as well as the customers' competition
· Understand customer design process/cycle
· Understand how our suppliers' products fit within the customer's needs
· Identify and develop relationships with all key technical decision makers and influencers within the accounts
· Evaluate supplier and customers' new products and technologies and keeping abreast of roadmaps, changes, and updates in products and technologies
· Keen understanding of competitive solutions
· Responsible for the local design registration process in a coordinated effort with the Account Manager
· Leverage exclusive franchises
· Maximize company print position on customers boards
· Provide technical support on registered design opportunities based on Management direction
· Acquire and maintain required supplier certification
BRANCH RELATIONSHIPS:
· Develop and maintain a positive team relationship with Outside/Inside Sales, the General Manager and Regional Applications Manager
· Drive relationship at the Branch with the local OEM/REP personnel
· Maintain Design Tracker database for accounts with Account Manager
· Provide branch applications/product training
· Opportunity recognition: assist Outside and Inside Reps in defining block diagrams
· FAE to coordinate with RAMs on Branch technical issues
· Utilize and communicate internal and external resources (REPs/Suppliers, RAMs, AMs, ISRs & Management)
· Understand and employ Associated Selling Techniques focused on winning at the design stage

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Travel required to customer and supplier training and meetings
· BSEE with design experience
· Must have the ability to be the company Technology experts (Supplier and company certified)
· Needs to possess strong Communication, Presentation, Organizational and Negotiation skills
· Have the ability to assess customers' technical objectives and solve problems
· Industry experience preferred (5-10 years)
