SIPAT Hongkong Co.,Ltd (for short as SIPAT HK) was founded in July 2010 by a veteran team with extensive hands-on experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries in the USA and China both. It has peer companies in Shanghai -释派电子科技(上海)有限公司（简称释派电科）. It started its business activities since 2005 in Southern California of the USA, and is fully invested and financed by venture capitals and hedge funds. SIPAT HK provides engineered solutions, semiconductor, and components in the electronics and communications industries with well-established business relationship with many companies in North America and APAC, which includes many well-known electronics and semiconductor companies in the USA and large state-owned electronics group companies in the Mainland China. It has a R&D team in the area of RFIC and microwave monolithic IC in SoCal of the USA, and sales and distribution channel in the USA, Hong Kong, and China.
